My um, "expectations" are not all that legalistic.
They involve something called "ethics..."
They are permitted, with the tacit understanding of well, everyone, to do anything they want even though their actions actually kill lots of people.
On the other hand, we have here at E&E some very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very legalistic folks who have appointed themselves the ethics police, even though they clearly couldn't care less who is killed by the Drax power plant.
Specifically there is a fundie anti-nuke around here who is hemming and hawing about Beese-Davis and a huge fine paid by its owner, even though the number of people injured by Beese Davis is, um, zero.
Speaking of zero, I will now count the number of times in the last 30 days that the person in question has worried about dangerous waste from Drax or any other coal plant, and posted all kinds of real associations with such waste or even innuendo about it:
Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero.
There! We're done.
