1. I'm Trying Really Hard to Avoid Plastic

There's so much of it in the stores... Whole Foods and Safeway, the glut of ready made foods in gigantic plastic containers, whole chickens, potato salad etc... and finding recycling for 1-7 odd shapes is not easy. Recycle absolutely every piece of bag plastic that's recyclable

2. That is childsplay. The real death plastic is beads

I could not get ONE MFer to sweep the spilled beads when they split a bag. It happens all the time. I explained that they are lighter than water, so float, and then go to the sea. Are swallowed by fish until their belly is too full of plastic to get proper nutrition. Not one. And they got lippy. I also tried to get the building to turn off lights. They said, we dont pay, who cares. WE humans DESERVE to suffer radical climate change, or world war. What stupid, greedy, self absorbed animals we are.
