Live webcam feed of underwater oil spill to go up tonight
British Petroleum (BP) has announced that a live camera feed of the oil pouring out of their broken pipe into the Gulf of Mexico will go live as early as tonight.

The feed will be posted on the website of US Congressional Representative Ed Markey's (D-MA) Energy Independence and Global Warming Committee, after Markey demanded the BP post the live video feed at a hearing held earlier today.

3. High res.
The scientists at the hearing said they need uncompressed high resolution videos and they can determine the flow rate very quickly. I hope they get this soon.

2.  I'll bet they're not too happy
about that turn of events. Good, the more people see that and get enraged the sooner something might get done to halt the despoiling of our coastal, or rather the world's waters. There is no excuse to let that gusher continue unabated. None. Fuck BP's bottom line, I hope they go fucking broke because of their negligence and corner cutting to save a few bucks. It truly wasn't worth the risk BP. You should be held accountable, civilly and criminally.
