When we get tagged by three of them within a couple of weeks. Love a good hurricane. Mainly because I love a good hurricane party.
Of course, that's assuming you don't take a direct hit by one. In which case, you can kiss your butt goodbye. But why concentrate on the bad side of things, yeah?

That's the second time I've heard about these hurricane parties. You know, the rest of us have been feeling sorry for you, but now I'm starting to wonder if it's all just been a big excuse for throwing parties...

The 1st quarter was very dry and we have not caught the average yet. This on top of the 5 year drought which broke in the summer of '03. Right now the only folks having problems are those who inadvisibly live in "bottoms". I've observed that some herp species are only now starting to recover their previous numbers.
