1. GM wages and benefits go down.
I wouldn't buy a car from that company. It hurts workers but in the long run we all are on a fast track to hell if we don't stand up to them.

6. Well, it might be a bit forced but I was thinking this should bode well for the sales of the Volt.
...It gets there but I admit it's a bit roundabout.

8. Is that supposed to be impressive?
I'm driving a 1998 Honda Civic with 210,000 miles on it. I've never had to do anything to it that wasn't in the proscribed maintenance schedule.
