Has this peak arrived, along with the others? The July 2010 flood catastrophe in Pakistan suggests that it has.

1. Starting with Katrina we have not been doing a very good job of
helping in crisis. Sure it is a big thing for a short news period but then it sinks out of sight and another disaster takes its place.
