U.S. Senate Passes Extension for the Renewable Energy Tax Grant Program
Some good news for the U.S. renewable energy industry:

The U.S. Senate has passed the new tax bill, which includes a one-year extension of the renewable energy tax grant program.

The United States Tax Grant Program (TGP) is considered by many within the renewable energy industry as essential to the development of alternative energy sources in the United States. The TGP provides a direct payment to installers of renewable power instead of offering an end of the year tax credit.
