Looking at the earthquake data for E coast of Honshu, Japan |

back on 9th of March things were starting to look bad off the east coast of Japan. Why didn't they warn people? Prepare? http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/Quakes/quakes_all.php
