Tokyo radiation levels 20x normal reported

Levels of radiation in Tokyo spiked Tuesday morning (around 10 am Japanese time, 13 hours ago) to around 20 times normal levels, according a spokesman for Tokyo's Metropolitan Government, quoted by the Japan Times. Shintaro Ishihara, said though raised they would not cause health problems.
