This is after the State of Delaware pays 50% and the $2,000.00 federal tax credit.

I'm checking into solar hot water heaters next. There's only one contractor approved in Delaware to get the 50% off deal and they seem to be assholes--they have not returned 2 phone messages. I'm going to check with Delaware if I can get a Pennsylvania contractor from nearby install one.
