This gem from the 88 deaths from carbon monoxide poisoning in Alberta:
Couple sought privacy in back seat of car. Running engine for warmth in closed garage.

Among the tales of risk free energy, this is one of the more intriguing. There is more to this story than meets the eye, I'll bet.

1. What a way to go!
At least they were happy when they died.

2. hmm, suicide maybe?
that one's really odd, why weren't they in the house?

now this one struck me:

Sleeping in bed. Forgot to turn off car in garage. Carbon monoxide built up in house

how does this happen?

3. There's no way it was suicide.
They probably did it in the car because there were people in the house.

And in the other case, the person probably just forgot to turn off the engine.

explain please?

and if they were in the car clandestinely (though I assume it was their garage) wouldn't running the car be a give-away?

5. I'm just guessing they were having sex.
I could be wrong.

You're right that the noise could have been a giveaway.
