4. Technically true, although when we factor in the absense of any |

major new discoveries of oil, it's hard to imagine any substantial increases for the future. Alternative oil sources would only come on-line to the extent that they replace short-falls of cheap oil, so I would also not expect any exotic sources like shale-oil, FT, etc, to produce an upward slope.
