As we all know, gas prices are climbing again. Here in Maryland, outside Washington DC, gas now costs $2.45 at the cheapest stations in our area.
But today I passed a Citgo station selling gas for $2.31 a gallon.
Citgo sells mostly Venezuelan gas.
We can thank Mr. Chavez for sending low-cost heating oil to needy Americans, and for helping keep gas prices lower at Citgo stations.
