After an eternal winter spring, New Jersey to have major snows tonight.
I guess that disproves global climate change. The problem has been solved.

We are expecting 12-18 inches of snow tonite - there has been no snow on the ground here since Jan 2. strangest winter I can remember - but at least my heating oil bill is not completely out of control. Keeping the heat on 58 has it's advantages I guess

and it will be in the 40's by the end of next week.

I said before and I'll say it again ... this winter isn't scaring me, but I'm getting nervous about this summer.

The Atlantic is still unseasonably warm.

Stung by years of unrealized hype, the meteorologists are hanging back. And, certainly, last-minute atmospheric changes could reduce the amount of snow we get. But I'm inclined to think that the accumulation estimates are going to increase, in the absence of major changes in the storm track.

Not to 36" or anything like that, necessarily ...
