Several highway projects delayed in Phoenix, due to Katrina
I can't come up with a link to this. I happened to catch on TV last night. The shortage in construction materials has added over $100million to the highway budget, and so several projects are being delayed a couple years.

This two-year delay was apparently based on the quaint optimistic notion that there won't be any more Katrina-class disasters for the foreseeable future.

2. Probably it was channel 12, or maybe Ch 3.
I fully expect hurricane seasons like 2005 to become commonplace. As we can see from this story, that has implications for the entire country.
