2. Yes...
Fill in your info on the left hand side of the letter. When you come to the box that says state/province scroll down as far as you can, and select none. Farther down, select your country.

Lawmakers probably will not reply to you directly, in fact, I'm not sure who would receive your letter; but I feel it's important for people to make their feelings known. We are all citizens of the world before we are citizens of any one country.

Thank you for your interest and concern! :yourock:

3. You can participate in this one
It even has a "Country" field for you to say where you are from,
I'm sure they would like comments from around the world.

5. That's an excellent idea...
Especially since College Park has one of those city art projects going on all over town...Terrapins painted in various styles.

Diamondback Terrapin
(Malaclemys terrapin)
Size:
The shell size of the male averages 5 inches. The female is larger than the male, with shell size averaging 7.5 inches.
Range:
Cape Cod to Texas along Atlantic and Gulf coasts.

This turtle is named for the diamond patterns on its top shell. The diamondback terrapin's range is along the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, from Cape Cod to Texas. It is believed to be the only turtle in the world that lives exclusively in brackish-water areas. In these areas, such as tidal marshes, estuaries, and lagoons, the water contains some salt, but it is not as salty as the ocean.

11. Filled out and sent
I grew up in Marlyland and remember seeing these as a kid. Never caught one- though we used to like to keep box turtle and sliders as pets.

They used to be plentiful. I'm guessing that they aren't anymore...
