Poland, hoping to meet climate change goals, to build nuclear plant.
It seems it will take them an inordinate period of time to get the thing up and running though. Maybe the international community could help them move up their timetable.

Poland is one of the most coal dependent countries in Europe.

Poland has requested a share in the Baltic Reactors being built by Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia to replace Ignalina nuclear station which was a RMBK (Chernobyl type) Graphite moderated reactor.

Thus Poland should be able to import nuclear energy from the Baltics by 2015.
