"Light Among the Nations" Program - CFL Bulbs

Not sure if anyone has posted this or not, but it is pretty cool.

Our synagogue participates, and I can get CFL bulbs through this program dirt cheap since they are buying in bulk. We actually added a CFL bulb to the Hannukah service Friday night.

1. I'm 100% CFL now, it took awhile to find good ones though

By good, I mean bulbs that start instantly and are the correct color. I found that the bulbs that Home Depot sell are the best.

I just need to find two more yellow ones to replace the ones on the porch. too many moths around here...


I like the light and don't mind the slight delay when they come up, but I have seen some really harsh light color out of a couple manufacturers.
