they were talking over him (no wonder)
then they cut to his speech
GOOD GRIEF!
we need to 'improve our natural resources"?
how the hell do you do THAT?
we need to 'expand our wetlands'?

this from the guy who signed off on re-defining wetlands
causing 50% of them to now not officially BE wetlands
so that they do not have federal protection

then he rambled on about this and that
incoherent once again
this guy is such an idiot
even CNN cut out of the speech
to interview Carol Browner (yea)

Lots of empty words since his administration has the worst environmental policies we have seen in decades.
