Ah, memories! Remember how many power plants shut down in California in 2001? Remember what that did to utility bills?
Enron lives. Their upper middle management just went to the oil giants.
(Of course, this is a great teaching moment for the libertarians in your lives. This is how monopolies and near monopolies always behave. Anyone who wants a totally unregulated marketplace had better pay attention. They'd also better be rich.)
