Did Anyone Read the November 9th Miami Herald: Haiti vs Iraq

I just clicked on the November 9th cyber-edition of the Miami Herald. Maybe my eyes were deceiving me, but the Herald published an article comparing Dubya's invasion of Iraq with the long US invasion and occupation of Haiti back in 1915. Both invasions were military cakewalks, but the occupation of Haiti proved to be unpopular, fueled guerilla resistance, and produced mounting casualties.

I found it interesting that the Herald actually printed it. Could someone in the media actually be growing a backbone, or is it only for show?
