Do we already have a draft if/when reserve contracts are violated?

The Florida Army Resserve contract indicates that a soldier may be deployed for up to 24 months within a 3 year period.

The three Jacksonville Military Police Reservists who were depoloyed to Bosnia for 1 year, have then reactivated and are currently in Kuwait for one year.

They now are being told they will remain deployed for another year, totalling up three years of deployment in a 3 year period.

Grante Bush was given this power by Congress.

But is this not a "draft"?

1. I've heard military experts say we already have a silent draft occurring

because of the stop loss order in effect that means people can't retire and get out when they were supposed to.

2. I'm sure they're thinking of it as "mandatory overtime"

...a disgusting policy in place in most health care facilities whereby exhausted workers are forced to work additional 12 hour shifts to compensate for short staffing.
