The neo-conservatives hired a retired admiral to be head of the Office of Force Transformation, often related to RMA/RPMA goals (Revolution in Military Affairs/RMA; Revolution in Political and Military Affairs/RPMA).

This hiring of the retired admiral is from about the time frame of Paul Wolfowitz's public "minding" of General Shinshecki (sp?)a coup of sorts including spookwar. What has transpired since is fascism, including the employment of private military companies, imho.
