Big Sandinista Support In Nicaragua
(Angus Reid Consultants - CPOD Global Scan) – The Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) is the top political party in Nicaragua, according to a poll by CID-Gallup. 36 per cent of respondents support the political organization. <snip>

Constitutionalist Liberal Party (PLC) 28%
Alliance for the Republic (APRE) 1%
Other 2%
Not sure 33%

Methodology: Interviews to 1,281 Nicaraguan voters, conducted from Feb. 23 to Mar. 2, 2005. Margin of error is 2.8 per cent.
