Cops are told that when in doubt arrest and sort it out later. Well, the guy actually violated no laws so this should be sorted out by now and the charges dropped.

regarding Tannerite. The officer passing the info along to me was amused, to say the least, when I started extolling the virtues of the stuff. The paper also discussed a few of the latest security threats in the wonderful world of Officer Safety. Let's just say there's very little new under the sun right now...
The most dangerous thing any of us face is still a desperate individual with whatever weapon they can grab.
