Oklahoma Co. District Attorney David Prater said, "I wanted to handle this personally on the heels of the pharmacy shooting. I felt it was another concealed carry license incident that crossed the line for self-defense."

Inman has now been ordered to pay both victims $500 to cover any counseling costs or loss of wages because of the incident. He's serving a 10-month deferred sentence with anger management classes and had to forfeit his guns and gun permit for life.

1. No. These goons always pack guns legal or not. Claim the 2nd amendment gives them right to own guns.

Too bad he didn't spend a year behind bars.

There are about 5 million CCW holders. A few of them will become evil. But the overall record of CCWers is far better than that of the general population.
