Police make arrest in pub shooting
Metro police say they have made an arrest in a deadly shooting outside an Indianapolis pub.

Surveillance video caught a fight outside Kelly’s Pub Thursday night, near 56th and Georgetown. Witnesses say the fight started inside the bar then moved to the parking lot.

By the time police arrived, 25-year old Leon Pepper had been shot and killed.

Police have arrested 36-year old Joel Rowley. He’s facing murder charges.

1. Shooter was also charged with carrying illegally and is a several times convicted felony.
He already wasn't permitted to carry, so how does infringing upon my 2A rights prevent this?
