Most of the time, I get very subjectively-recounted narratives with very little to substantiate, and even less on what the defendants may have actually done. Experience has made me naturally wary of jumping on such bandwagons without investigation.

the case would have never went to court.

If he would have living in the free United States in places like Florida, there would have been no problem.

The moral of the story is that it's wise not to live in New Jersey, especially if you choose to own firearms.

From the way it is written, there was no case against him - so it would have been an easy case to overturn on appeal.

If it was NOT appealed, maybe the article is not telling the whole story?
