S.F. robbers zap victims with stun gun
(12-23) 11:35 PST SAN FRANCISCO -- Two women sitting in a parked car in San Francisco's Balboa Terrace neighborhood were attacked by men who shocked them with a stun gun, then fled with their purses, police said today.

The two men approached the women's car on San Fernando Way near Ocean Avenue around 7:30 p.m. and demanded their money, police Lt. Troy Dangerfield said.

4. San Francisco is about as hostile to gun rights as you can get
They have tried local restrictions only to have them slapped down by the state
