You are watching the collapse all right, the collapse of our society as it comes apart because the collective will of the people has seen the utter defeat of its underlying principle: the preservation of freedom for the American people. As we feel less safe to be on a public street, much less to be in a public forum, as we grow more and more politically unmotivated because we think "nothing will change" we will get to a point where caring is simply not important. Why care if we get shot and killed doing so? And why care if those who love us can't do anything about it? It is sad that so many people like you have applauded or at least accepted the status quo. I don't. I've been to the place of despair over this and I've felt it. I can tell you that it is not a good place to be.

I will leave you with this thought.

amendment. I was distracted by my snow plowers arriving to my house at long last to dig me out of foot high snow here in CT. I'm good and I can get my car out!
