If you'll look closely I believe you will see that the subject of phallic symbolism usually originates in the same place that terms like "steaming pantload" and "now ask me if I give a crap" come from. So the answer to your question is a qualified yes.

Yes, I'm hung like a hamster. These folks got in hot water for their previous URL because it implied they were an "official" NRA site, though obviously they are not. Site is funded by the San Diego Rifle and Revolver Association, which has been around for about 100 years.

For California legislative updates I refer to Mike Haas' excellent political page at http://www.nramemberscouncils.com/legs.shtml - He is an NRA insider but provides more timely and accurate information about legislative activity here than any other sources.

The AR15.com Build It Yourself forum provides a lot of good technical information, and their Legal Issues forum is a great place for quasi-legal stuff.

I read and occasionally post on talk.politics.guns.
