Charge: Seattle man threatens children with gun in road rage incident
http://www.seattlepi.com/local/436905_child10.html

A 21-year-old Seattle man is facing child assault charges following allegations that he threatened two young boys with a gun during a road rage incident.

King County prosecutors claim Michael C. Cramer pointed a pistol at the children, aged 10 and 7, during the Dec. 7 incident.

Cramer "engaged in road rage with a stranger and her two young boys … during which he pointed a firearm at the children who were afraid he was going to shoot them," Senior Deputy Prosecutor Adrienne McCoy told the court.

"The boys were able to describe the gun in detail and draw pictures of it for the police," McCoy added.

6. In a de facto sense, sure. But glad to see that we agree, conceptually, on reasonable limits!
It's only the fine print we dispute! ;-)

7. Cite to evidence of this "de facto", if you can.
If I were you, I'd prepare a retraction....

11. That one may not have been, if convicted.
But I was.

Care to try regulating my behavior by some criminal shithead's behavior? Good luck with that.

Cramer yelled at the woman and began throwing gang signs as she tried to drive from the area, a Seattle detective told the court. As she tried to pull away, the detective continued, Cramer pointed a pistol at the woman's car.

Cramer followed her from the area, tailgating her as she called 911 before driving away, according to charging documents. Seattle police ultimately found the car and Cramer, who was subsequently identified as the driver.

Prosecutors have charged Cramer with second-degree assault of a child and harassment. Jailed since Dec. 13 on an unrelated domestic violence charge, he remains in custody.

Just another upstanding citizen. Bust his ass on the charges & throw him in prison for a nice long sentence if convicted. Best we all be protected from this kind of scum. And he and his ilk is the reason some of us carry guns.

Hell we had a road rage incident the other day where another "upstanding citizen" in a road rage incident followed the guy in to the victim's place of employment parking lot. The county 911 and police center. Shot him multiple times in the legs because hey, he didn't want to kill him.
