Our State AG got an on-the-road “concerned citizens” report submitted about her, she was then radar’ed doing 30 in a 65MPH zone, and then, to top it all off, drove her
state-owned Buick into a ditch.
http://www.jsonline.com/news/state/feb04/209887.aspShe voluntarily performed the field sobriety tests (which is stupid, because all they do is give LE and the courts solid video proof of you acting like a circus clown), she blew a .12 (after vocally supporting the lowering of the limit to .08 – “if it saves just one life” and all that ) – and then, in a brilliant move, she refused the “implied consent” blood test"(!?!?) So, just like that, her license is gone. My tax dollars are now going to be paying for a driver for her.
Read the police report, seems like our State Attorney General had admitted to taking a muscle relaxant, Flexeril, before she got on the alcohol pony. She may have been afraid of taking the blood test due to the fact that she was hiding something. (like maybe the fact that she’s a junkie). Remember – she’s not just a lawyer – she’s the State Attorney General.
The sweetness meter on this is definitely pegged due to the fact that not only was she boisterous in her objections to the recently vetoed concealed carry bill – she was very rude towards anyone that tried to discuss it with her (I actually heard her say to someone, “My husband was a cop! I know everything I need to know about guns!”).
I hope she freaks out at the trial and ends up in one of those “Canned Heat” type prisons that Linda Blair did such a fine job of making famous.
