atleast has real gun safety tips on their site.

Q: when is a firearm not a firearm?

A: ... oh ... how about WHEN IT IS INCAPABLE OF FIRING?

Get it? FIREarm? Is a water pistol a FIREarm? Is a sword a FIREarm? Is a firearm that has been rendered INCAPABLE OF FIRING a FIREarm?

Amazingly enough, some would say "no".

Just as some would say that a car without a motor is not a MOTOR vehicle ... et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
