Ten Palestinians die in Gaza rally blast

The cause of the explosion, the first deadly blast in Gaza since Israel completed on September 12 its pullout of all troops and settlers from the territory, was unclear. Palestinian witnesses said they saw an Israeli military drone in the sky hours before."

Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah faction placed the responsibility for the explosions with Hamas. "The Fatah Central Committee holds the Hamas movement fully responsible for the victims of the military parade (that was held) among civilians," the committee said in a statement.
