Recent vets here, what the heck missiles are the Israelis using?

I just saw (on KO) a few missiles landing in Beirut.

I am an old guy and have never heard anything quite like that, an eerie whining sound on approach.

Like it was sucking air.

They also have TOW, Hellfire, LGBs and others. They have been known to duplicate/leverage other countries designs as well.

IAF tends to go for cheap. I expect LGBs would be the bulk of the ordinance being used. Low cost and quite accurate.
