How can Syria get any better PR than this ?

I have read lots of discussion about how Israel controls the US press, yet that certainly has not been what I have observed in the last week. Can PR for Syria get any better than the linked video from CNN describing how Syria is welcoming Lebanese refugees with open arms? (after the commercial)
