Beilin: The IDF Spokesman Cannot Explain Away Injuries to Innocent People

(IsraelNN.com) Meretz-Yahad opposition party leader MK Dr. Yossi Beilin on Sunday morning released a statement following foreign agency reports of dozens of Lebanese dead following an IDF aerial assault in Kafr Qana.

Dr. Beilin stated the Qana incident shows “the current warfare may not be permitted to continue in place of negotiations towards reaching the desired results.”

“No explanations from the IDF Spokesperson’s Office, as correct as they may be, can undo the damage of the photos of the loss of life of innocent civilians.”
