(IsraelNN.com) Hundreds of persons attended the Monday evening thanksgiving event in a Jerusalem hall on behalf of the members of the so-called “Jewish Underground”.

The suspects in the case have been released from GSS (General Security Service/Shin Bet) custody after the Shin Bet could not generate evidence to justify extending their remand. The participants in the event called for the dissolving of the Jewish Division of the GSS.

Related: Ma'ariv reports today that Shin Bet apparently has foiled a "mega-terror" attack which Jews were planning against Arabs. Again, that isn't picked up anywhere yet.

for whom there is little or no evidence to keep them in custody. Palestinian homes are demolished by the Israeli army if they SUSPECT one of the inhabitants is affiliated with a terrorist group.

where no one was killed or injured, it is unlikely that any charges will be brought. In the case of the Palestinian detainees, there were many attacks with many injuries and deaths. That's a major difference.

BTW, a lot of Americans are not happy with the Patriot Act and call for its disolution, myself included, that's the right of a free people, peaceful dissent, once again I miss your point?
