THE MIDDLE EAST FROM BAD TO WORSE TO UNIMAGINABLE
As one well-connected Israeli expert put it: 'If we have such good information in Lebanon, how come we still don't know the hideout of missiles and launchers?... If we don't know the location of their weapons, why should we know which house is a Hizbollah house?'

ERUSALEM - Hezbollah's sophisticated anti-tank missiles are perhaps the guerrilla group's deadliest weapon in Lebanon fighting, with their ability to pierce Israel's most advanced tanksExperts say this is further evidence that Israel is facing a well-equipped army in this war, not a ragtag militia.Hezbollah has fired Russian-made Metis-M anti-tank missiles and owns European-made Milan missiles, the army confirmed on Friday.

1. And they have studied what the rebels
in Iraq have done too. IEDs, gorilla war tactics, and support of the local population
are now part of their game plan.

2. The folly and arrogance of the Christian-Zionist right is proven.
First you open an international college on defeating armored forces in Iraq. Invite the experts from Chechneya to teach the locals. Then this happens:

What this campaign of indiscriminate bombing has done is simply unify all the Muslims all over the world and also now several European nations against Israel. It has also immensely increased Hezbollah’s popularity and individuals who were reluctant to support them are now increasingly rallying behind them.

Then you bomb civilian areas with US-manufactured cluster bombs. Wait until the cease-fire when kids killed by cluster bomblets will be all over the news. Now it is absolutely clear; Israel and the US have collaberated to kill Arab children.

What could possibly be the long term consequences to a nation totally dependant on Persian Gulf oil? What could be the long term consequences to a nation surrounded by angry neighbors with 20 times it's population? What could be the consequences to nations that have shown religions motivation to kill Arab children? What if they actually killed large numbers of Arab children?

I think we are going to find out.
