Cluster bomb blast kills man, wounds another in S. Lebanon

Hassan died instantly while Ahmed was rushed to hospital, the officials said."

They're supposed to self-destruct after a programmed period of time, but 5% will not, for whatever reason. It's a highly effective combat weapon, but has the potential for serious collateral human injury when misapplied.
