some interesting points:
Dozens of Gaza residents turned out for a rally on Wednesday to demand an end to factional fighting, only to be caught in crossfire that left eight wounded

Just as we used to protect you from the occupation by acting as human shields, we have come to protect you from yourselves," one protester shouted at gunmen, referring to instances when Palestinian civilians positioned themselves between militants and Israeli forces.

Placing themselves between warring factions deployed on opposite ends of a Gaza City street, the protesters were forced to run for their lives when a gun battle erupted, witnesses said

a nurse traveling in an ambulance was shot in the head

Witnesses told Ynet that gunmen from both sides were shooting on anyone

Israeli emergency medical teams are currently working in cooperation with their Palestinian counterparts to evacuate four Palestinians who were badly wounded in internal clashes between Fatah and Hamas in Gaza to Israeli hospitals for treatment.

Israeli TV: two gazan journalist killed, with an unknown number of civilians
____________________

every accusation leveled at israel over the years we now see the palestenians actually doing those things within mere days: shooting at ambulances, civilians, targeting journalist, shooting at the unarmed protestors, etc I suppose i really dont have to comment on the lack of cries of "war crimes" or the fact that there human right violations going on.....after all, how shall i put it.....the israelis arent involved, its just the palestenians and for reasons that are not clear to me, its doesnt seem to create much response.

need i mention the kassams being shot at israel as if its acceptable (well actually it probably is since i expect any israeli response will be declared "illegal and immoral")

leaving gaza sure was an "eye opener" for many of those who believe that the settlements/occupation are the core of the violence......

1. "They assaulted my children and they pushed me aside, then they torched the apartment."
Hamas gunmen set fire to an 11-story apartment building housing Fatah lawmaker Nema Sheik Ali, the wife of the head of Preventive Security. Witnesses said the gunmen broke into her apartment and struck her and two of her children with their weapons. One of the children is 14 years old; the age of the other wasn't immediately known.

"They came, they broke the door," she said. "They assaulted my children and they pushed me aside, then they torched the apartment."
