Hamas vows to continue attacks
Hamas warned on Thursday afternoon that it would continue to launch attacks against Israeli communities near the Gaza border.

"The firing will stop only when the zero-hour of a ceasefire goes into effect, but if that hour never comes – we have no intentions of holding back our fire," said a senior Hamas official following the shelling of a paint factory in Kibbutz Nir Oz earlier in the day in which 51-year-old Amnon Rosenberg was killed.

The source emphasized that the attacks would continue "in particular if the enemy's army continues its ground operations and airstrikes against Palestinians. The Israelis are operating in the Strip on a daily basis and it is alongside this that we are continuing our resistance in this region."

1. They just
don't give a shit about their own children getting killed when Israel responds so why should they stop trying to kill Israelis?

2. Hamas is incapable of governing. They reject peace and prosperity.
Stubborn fools. A menace to themselves and the region.

6. Hamas is so stubborn and stupid
that they would prefer to let their people starve and sit in the dark, rather than stop with their goddam rockets and terrorism.

It's getting to the point where I don't feel sorry for the Palestinians at all.

They clearly prefer the path of violence and terrorism to having a better life.

What a pity.

3. If we can't have a paint factory ... no one will paint! Honestly, these
liberation groups need jobs, not encouragement to resort to violence. Don't you see how this agitation is part of the problem, not the solution?

4. In other words...
'Hamas vows to continue to risk their own people's lives in order to help Netanyahyu get elected'.

Nothing so vicious and stupid as a really RW government! And Hamas are very RW.

5. You are exactly right.
Netanyahu is just waiting in thr wings for the Israelis to get pissed off enough to elect him.
Then watch the spit hit the fan.

7. Yes,
And then his government will doubtless devote itself to maximizing the chances of Hamas staying in power.

And more innocent people on both sides will continue to get killed.

9. Netanyahu was right....
he warned that once israel pulls out, missiles will start landing on israeli cities..... PM (here) told me that the whole gaza pull out was a trap...or i've heard it was a mere PR stunt.

anyway you look at it, the Palestinians in Gaza chose the worst of their options.....and keep on chosing that option daily.

from a political point of view, they might get netanyahu back....
