Violent resistance and murder and terror are part of Palestinian nationalism.

Although the anti-Israel types would have you believe that they they are for this resistance "because of the occupation", they forget that there was violence towards Jews for decades before there ever was an occupation, or even a state of Israel.

You are giving reasons for understanding such 'desperate' but deplorable behavior. As though we cannot expect better from Palestinians. That is racist.

No decent people give reasons for understanding jewish extremists in Israel. The Israeli govt certainly doesn't condone it. they prosecute it, unlike the Palestinian govt that promotes it (see MEMRI, PMW).

Do you have higher standards for jews than arabs? I expect the same from both groups. I give no reasons for understanding deplorable actions from either group.

Palestinian kids are trained to hate Jews.

There are summer camps set up to indoctrinate children in violent practices.

There are TV shows that are so anti-semitic and hate filled, and directed at young Palestinian children,

Not only are these acts supported, they are encouraged.

Mothers are "proud" of their martyred children, and have this as a goal.

Israeli mothers DO NOT promote violence, hatred, or hope that their children die by killing other people.

They do not celebrate the death of children, or hand out candies in the streets.

Most Israelis do not support any violence at all (except the settlers, but they are not mainstream Israel).

The difference is that the majority of Palestinians support violence and resistance, and the very small MINORITY of Israelis do.

I mean your point is well taken, if you are going to have to live together, then you might as well get started on it, and education is most definitely the place to start.
