a combatant, this was shown in the article the "if one did it, they all do" rule is applied and every Palestinian over the age of 18 months is a a possible combatant, I mean small children have been known to throw stones and I seem to remember a poster here claiming that Hamas "boobytraps" children as young as 2 years old there by "justifying" point blank killing of any Palestinian taken by these "standards" almost anyone is a "legitimate" target.
