IDF troops are involved in destroying a weapons tunnel running from southern Gaza to Egypt, approximately five meters underground.

after the citizens of the U.S. condemn their government for providing Israel with helicopters and mutitions to fight an illegal war. In other words, never.

2. We don't know it was the PA but if it was, the PA has a right to resist

according the geneva convention. If the weapons are used against the IDF, that would be legitimate. If not then it is terrorism.

Annan condemns 'horrific' suicide bombing in Israel

4 October – United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan today strongly condemned the suicide bombing which killed at least 18 people in Haifa, Israel.

Calling the attack “horrific” in a statement released by his spokesman, Mr. Annan reiterated his “utter repugnance at all acts of terror, from whatever quarter.”

The statement also called on the Palestinian Authority to do everything in its power to halt these vicious attacks, which “only harm the Palestinian cause.”

Mr. Annan also conveyed his prayers for the families of the victims.

4. People in prisons...

...are disposed to digging tunnels. These tunnels are used for more than just smuggling weapons. All manner of contraband passes through them. Calling this smuggling an atrocity cheapens the term.
