what would they do with it if in fact (and not in the realm of possibility) they DID get it all? Continue the academics, the research, the technological advances...the investigations into maximum crop production, gene therapy, and materials sciences? Just think: they'd get all those labs in the Universities and private sector...and what would happen? I leave it to your imagination...

Where land can be forcibly taken and given to a third party because that third party will be able to mae use of the land in a more productive way?
