UN satellites eye Israeli barrier
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/3334235.stm

<snip>

"The UN is keeping a close eye from space on the path of Israel's controversial West Bank barrier.

It is using satellites to take images of the 700km (435 miles) barrier which cuts across Palestinian territory.

The aim is to offer clear geographical data on a politically-charged issue.

"It is evident by looking at this wall on the satellite imagery to see the damage done to Palestinian villages that are getting trapped," said Alain Retiere, of the UN's satellite agency."

1. Hopefully...
the satellites will also notice the decrease in the
suicide bombings in the past 9 weeks...although it
was not for lack of trying.

2. It's the same as the Berlin wall...
oh wait...the Berlin wall was designed to keep people in, and this keeps bombers out...my bad.

4. The BBC is propaganda?
Propaganda is defined as the spreading of ideas or information for the purpose of helping or injuring an institution or cause. Can you please point out what part of this fairly straightforward reportage by the BBC fits that definition.
