"Despite his push to intertwine American politics with Christianity, as well as a slap from the Anti-Defamation League, Israel is giving an award to right-wing televangelist Pat Robertson.

Robertson will get the Israeli Tourism Ministry's Ambassadors Award next week at the National Religious Broadcasters annual convention in Charlotte, N.C.

Tourism Minister Benny Elon declared Robertson yesterday to be "a true friend of Israel" because he continues to urge his followers to visit the Holy Land."

well good luck boys and girls. most of the Christian sites are almost inaccessible do to checkpoints and other obstacles that restrict movement by anyone. no tourists are going to the sites because of the danger they face. so patty why don`t you lead your flock to open the restrictions on the area around the sites? ya right
