Palestinian who killed 10 Israelis in shooting attack arrested
The Israel Defense Forces and the Shin Bet security service on Tuesday said they had arrested a Palestinian man whom they believe had shot dead seven soldiers and three Israeli civilians in March 2002 in a sniping attack at an IDF roadblock north of the West Bank city of Ramallah, near the settlement of Ofra.

Taer Kaed Hamad, 24, a Fatah activist, was arrested in the village of Silwad, north of Ramallah, where he lives. Another Palestinian man was also arrested.

Since the incident, an extensive hunt has been conducted for suspects. For a while, the Shin Bet had believed that the sniper was a prominent Tanzim activist, who was killed after the incident in a "work accident" while preparing an explosive device. Activists of the Fatah's military branch had said in the past that they did not know who the sniper was.

IDF representatives updates the bereaved families on Tuesday about the development in the investigation.

The Palestinian sniper killed ten Israelis altogether: an IDF officer, six reservists and three civilians.

5. The Israeli terrorists who kill Palestinian Civilians
are all going to be arrested as soon as all of the Palestinian terrorists who kill Israeli civilians are arrested which will be as soon as...

Lather, rinse, repeat, the blood doesn't come off either side's hands. Putting collective blame on either side is not going to be productive in finding any kind of lasting solution.

6. well one side
has a functioning administration, an electoral system, cops, a huge military/policing structure and the budgets to match, a legal system and a bunch of prisons, in short one side has a country - when the Palestinians have one too I will also hold them to the exact same standards.

I didn't hold the ANC to the same standards as the SA govt, I didn't hold Filantil to the same standards as the Indonesian govt, and incidently I wouldn't have held the early zionists to the same standards as the Brits back in the days when there were multiple Jewish terror groups blowing up civilians and chasing them out of their homes.
